How do I track a new personal record?
Open the app, tap the "+" button, select your exercise, and enter your new record details including weight, reps, and date.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Subscribe to Premium". You'll get unlimited PR tracking, advanced analytics, and cloud sync.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
In the Premium screen, tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account. Your account will be deactivated and you'll have 30 days to reactivate by logging in again.
My data isn't syncing between devices
Make sure you're logged in with the same account on both devices and have an active internet connection. Try logging out and back in.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Account > Change Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
